This policy explains how Numbox (the “Game”), published by Noahark Games (“we”, “us”, “our”), handles your information. It covers the Numbox mobile app specifically. For our studio-wide policy, see the Noahark Games Privacy Policy.

Summary

Numbox is playable offline. We do not operate accounts and do not sell your data. The Game uses Google AdMob to show ads and Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) to understand usage and fix crashes. These services collect limited, non-identifying technical data described below.

Information we collect

Through our service providers (Google AdMob, Google Firebase):

  • Advertising data — ad impressions and interactions, used to serve and measure ads.
  • Device identifiers — such as the platform advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) and a vendor/installation ID, used for ad delivery and analytics. We serve non-personalized ads by default and request consent where legally required (EU/UK, via Google’s UMP consent form).
  • Usage / product-interaction data — anonymous gameplay events such as levels started and completed and screens viewed, used to improve the Game.
  • Crash and diagnostic data — crash logs used to diagnose and fix problems.

This data is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you across other companies’ apps and websites.

Data stored on your device

The following is saved locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us:

  • Game progress (current level, stars, best times, daily streak).
  • Settings (language, music/sound volume, accessibility options).

This data lives in the app’s private storage and is removed when you uninstall the Game.

Permissions

Numbox uses internet access to load ads, remote configuration, and analytics. It does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo access.

Children’s privacy

Numbox shows third-party ads and is intended for a general audience — it is not directed to children. Ads are configured to a family-friendly content rating. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at privacy@noahark.games and we will remove it.

Third-party services

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We configure them to minimize data collection where supported (non-personalized ads by default, consent gating in the EU/UK).

Your choices

  • EU/UK users are shown a consent form (Google UMP) that controls personalized ads.
  • You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date.
